What to Expect
The 8 weeks series is put together to create a community of powerful women/men, where we support each other, encourage one another, have deep conversations and share our joys and challenges. In the 8 weeks we will talk about mindful living and stress in our lives, the importance of self-care and creating a space for it, how to bring more nature into our lives, why it is important to move and exercise on a regular basis and how we can use these tools to live a happier and healthier lives. $300/8 sessions
