About the instructor: Jessica brings warmth and compassion to each class as a Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, trained in various styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Prenatal, and Adapted Yoga. Her goal is to create a safe space for individuals to unwind, regulate their nervous system and become more present. Join Jessica on a journey of self-discovery as she guides you to deeper layers of your own personal practice.
